Giant Celebration Chocolate Chip Cookie
Ingredients

(10 tablespoons) unsalted butter, softened

large egg

pure vanilla extract

semisweet chocolate chips
½
cup
white chocolate chips
Flaky sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit.
Spray a 10 inch springform pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl whisk together the flour, cornstarch, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Set aside.
In the bowl of an electric mixer the paddle attachment, cream the butter and both sugars on medium speed until light and fluffy.
Add the egg and vanilla and blend well.
On low speed, mix in the dry ingredients until well blended.
Remove the bowl from the motor and fold in both types of chips using a rubber spatula.
Place the batter into the prepared pan and press down until evenly distributed.
Sprinkle lightly with flaky sea salt.
Bake the cookie for 23-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool in pan.
Remove cookie from the pan and place on a serving plate.
Fill a pastry bag fitted with a large star tip ½ full of icing.
Decorate the cookie as you desire.
