2cupsplus 2 tablespoons warm waterapproximately 110° Fahrenheit, and more if dough is too dry
¼cupplus 2 teaspoons olive oil

38 ounce packages shredded mozzarella cheese

Black olivessliced mushrooms, quartered artichoke hearts, cooked sausage, sliced pepperoni, torn fresh basil

Instructions
Make the Dough
Preheat oven to 550° Fahrenheit.
Whisk together the bread flour, cornmeal, vital wheat gluten, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and instant yeast.
Add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. If the dough is too dry, add more water, a tablespoon at a time.
Knead dough for 1-2 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place dough in a large bowl sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Flip dough over so greased side is up. Cover with plastic wrap. Allow to rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Divide dough in half. Place each half onto a 14 inch round pizza pan that has been lightly oiled.. Press dough out evenly in each pan.
Assembly and Baking
Top pizza with sauce, mozzarella cheese and other toppings of your choice.
Drizzle olive oil over pizzas before baking.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until crust is nice and brown and cheese is bubbly.
Remove from oven and scatter each pizza with torn fresh basil.
