Party Size Chocolate Layer Bars
Ingredients

(1 lb, 8.16 ounce) chocolate sandwich cookies (approximately 60-63 cookies), pulverized to crumbs in a food processor

(1 stick plus 2 tablespoons) unsalted butter, melted

shredded coconut

chopped walnuts

semisweet chocolate chips

14 ounce cans sweetened condensed milk, poured into a glass measuring cup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325° Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl, mix the crumbs and melted butter until the mixture is the consistency of moist sand.
Grease a 14” by 20” rectangular sheet pan with 1-inch-high sides with nonstick cooking spray. Cover the bottom with parchment paper and spray again.
Press crumbs onto the bottom of the prepared pan, packing down as tightly as possible.
Evenly sprinkle coconut, chocolate chips, and nuts over the crumbs in layers.
Evenly pour condensed milk over the entire pan. there will be gaps that the milk does not cover, but the milk will spread during baking.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the coconut is golden brown.
Cool in pan, then chill in the refrigerator until cold before cutting into bars.

Makes approximately 3-4 dozen bars, depending on how you cut them
